Diestruck enamel pins

Die struck soft enamel pins

With our diestruck enamel pins the details are clear, your custom colors can be used and are standard epoxy type paints and are allowed to air dry and harden without any fire being applied.

This process is great for multi-colored complex designs. And color matching can be provided for the fine details.

The design can be further protected with a clear epoxy coating.

Die Striking our pins: The process begins with your design is struck in to a soft piece of steel that is then hardened.

This "die" is used to strike the softer metal brass, copper or soft iron to transfer your design to the material.

Which is then hand colored polished to a high buff and then plated in gold or silver and finished.

They are used for team recognition, promotionals and awards for honoring veterans and soldiers on active duty.
